What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

What are your shipping policies?

- Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  

- Shipping times may vary based on your location.  

- International Shipping: Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the base price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

What is your refund policy?  

- Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to a 30% restocking fee. After approval, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

 

- No Refunds for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.  

- Returned to Sender: If your package is returned due to a wrong address, you will be required to pay a reshipping fee, or you can opt for a refund minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.  

- Clearance Items: These cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I request a refund or replacement?  

To request a refund, please email us at rickyderose@yahoo.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request.

Can I cancel or modify my order? 

Orders can be modified or canceled within the first 12 hours of purchase. However, due to our print-on-demand process, we cannot make any changes after this window.

What happens if my order is returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship it after you pay the shipping fee. If you choose not to reship, you will receive a refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

What do I do if I receive damaged or defective items?  

For assistance, contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery. We will process refunds or replacements based on the issue.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

We offer a standard 30-day refund or replacement policy from the date your tracking number shows delivery. After 60 days, we cannot process refunds or replacements.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After processing, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Delivery usually takes approximately 4-5 days, depending on your location.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived on time?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at rickyderose@yahoo.com for assistance.

Can I get a refund if my order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame?

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days from the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund, excluding errors in shipping details provided by the customer.

How do I return an item?

For returns, contact us at rickyderose@yahoo.com to request a return label. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund minus the 30% restocking fee.

What happens if I miss the 15-day return window?

Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns, and DerosEntertainment reserves the right to refuse them.
